Wunderman has been ranked a leader for marketing database operations among customer insights services providers by Forrester Research, Inc. out of a field of 11 companies invited to participate in their study. Wunderman was also rated a strong performer for customer engagement strategy. The recently released report, The Forrester Wave™: Customer Insights Services Providers, Q4 2015, assessed providers against buying scenarios for marketing database operations and customer engagement strategy in support of marketers’ current needs to stay competitive in the ‘age of the customer.’
